- Work with you to optimize the marketing
of your home and assist you to show your home at its very
best.
- Enter your listing in the Denver Metrolist
and northern Colorado IRES multiple listing services
making your home available for preview by all real estate
agents from Castle Rock to Fort Collins, west to Evergreen
and east to Greeley.
- Advertise your home in local newspapers.
- Market to agents and to my personal sphere
of buyers active in the market with emails, flyers, and
brochures.
- Host Realtor and public open houses if
desired to maximize exposure.
- Provide distinctive street signage
with color brochures of your home to capture potential
buyers and put them directly in touch with me.
- Contact you on a weekly basis to discuss
your listing, update you on activity, and suggest further
marketing strategies.
- Work with agents in facilitating offers
on your property. Present and advise you on all contract
offers to purchase your home and guide you to a successful
completion.
